La Riviera in Bonn

For over ten years (that's since I've lived in Bonn) the best Italian restaurant in Bonn for me. I am longingly waiting for the day when I can eat a fillet steak here again. With delicious antipasti beforehand and a delicious semifreddo afterwards. And then a super espresso ... Now the very, very nice team is helping us with pasta and pizza to be picked up by Corona. I think there is a delivery service too. Anyway, thanks to all La Riviera chefs and service people. You make Corona easier to bear.

I was not thrilled. Pizzas were tasty. However, they were supposed to be ready when we arrived. We had to wait. I also think that the price for the amount/portion of pizza was not optimal.

Easier, no frills, VERY authentic shop (just like in Italy), BUT no matter what you order, EVERYTHING tastes good. Keep it up!

Here you get both as well as: friendly and fast waiters. The food was not the only thing that amazes in this restaurant! I really like to try out new restaurants and am constantly looking for new places to eat, but I will remain devoted to this restaurant. The decorations in the squares and throughout the place are appropriate and tasteful. The bathroom is always clean and all in all the place makes a good impression, which I found particularly appealing.

Great service, very nice waiters! Unfortunately, I see a few negative reviews from people who seem to have forgotten what situation we are in. That's too bad! That is precisely why we should support gastronomy more! Greetings to the staff, especially to the girl behind the counter! ?

First things first: very good food! Friendly team, good service! They also have good complaints management in case something does not fit right away. I can recommend the restaurant without reservation!

The waitress wasn't so attentive today, maybe because of the warm weather. As always, the food was excellent!

Despite having made a reservation, we were turned away on arrival because suddenly all tables were occupied. As "non-German looking" we were told that we are not welcome and that nobody cares whether we have made a reservation. Really brazen employee and primitive shop!

Incredible store! Reserved for a dinner for the first time and via SMS !!!! In 2020 there was a reference to the last free table directly on the street next to parked cars. Why was there no call? Why no mail was written? Why not cancel the reservation? We, as new customers, are then presented and accused of not having read the SMS, although the service number of my friend viq Google Reservations was given and, as is well known, one does not have a company cell phone with us on the weekend. How insolent the employees were, and gave a table of four to 2 people and left us. As a German woman, I've never seen anything like this discriminatory !!

Get two places in the garden without registration! Great.

Outstanding, authentic Italian. Any pasta and fish dishes are particularly recommended. Solid wines. Always worth a visit in Bonn's otherwise clear restaurant landscape.

Great choices intended for a special occasion, plenty of choices on the menu and everything tasted of the best quality. My sis And I really appreciated the friendliness of the waiter. Nice food at a decent price, my sister and I like it here. Very good service from enjoyable staff, were seated fairly quickly. Wasn't sure what to be expecting but food here was wonderful, lots to select from and fantastic service too.

Great food, great service. Looks a bit shabby from the outside but don't be scared.

We had a nice evening here with friends. The pasta dishes are very good, I ordered paccheri spada. The thin crust pizza is also very good. The service was helpful and friendly, they took their time with the food and wine recommendations.

The pizza is delicious but tiny. I went twice with friends and each time I was baffled by the lacking size. Good if you just need a snack, insufficient as dinner.

Everything about the place is what we need. Family friendly and food is awesome. I travel to Italy at least once per month and have to say this place is up to par.
